Transaction Safety

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol, encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

General Safety

All Kenqing exoskeletons distributed by Eazy Walking are designed for non-medical applications such as industry, sports, tourism, rescue, and research.
Devices include built-in safety features (device self-check, fault protection, overheating and low-battery protection).
Users must follow the official user manual and ensure proper fitting, adjustment, and maintenance before use.

Important Disclaimers

Not Medical Devices
- Exoskeletons are not medical rehabilitation equipment.
- They should not be used by elderly or mobility-impaired persons without supervision.
Correct Use
- Devices should only be used for their intended application (e.g., industrial lifting, walking assistance, sports support).
- Misuse outside the stated specifications (e.g., extreme loads, unsafe environments) voids the warranty and may cause injury.
Environment & Conditions
- Exoskeletons are designed to operate within the temperature and environmental ranges specified per model.
- Avoid exposure to water, fire, chemicals, or other hazards unless explicitly stated as waterproof/dustproof.
Maintenance & Repairs
- All servicing must be performed at Kenqing’s certified service centers in China. Unauthorized modifications or repairs invalidate warranty coverage.
- Users are responsible for keeping the device clean, charged, and in good working condition.
Training & Supervision
- First-time users should undergo basic training to understand correct wear, movement, and limitations.
- In professional environments (factories, tourism operations, elderly care), operators must ensure supervised introduction and compliance with safety protocols.
