Returns & Refunds

At Eazy Walking, we follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

• Right of Withdrawal: Customers in the EU have the right to return their order within 14 days from the day of delivery, without giving any reason.
• Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued, including the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise specified.
• Condition of Goods: Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or items used in ways that make them unsuitable for resale.
• How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@eazywalking.com with your order number. We will provide detailed instructions and return address information.
