Eazy Walking (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the exclusive distributor of Kenqing exoskeletons in Europe (excluding Germany, the United Kingdom, and France). Company established in Greece:

These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and any products or rental services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. Eligibility & Territories

We sell and rent within the European market except Germany, UK, and France. By ordering, you confirm you are 18+ and legally capable of entering into contracts, and your order is not destined for the excluded territories.

  1. Products & Non‑Medical Disclaimer

Our exoskeletons are non‑medical devices intended for industry, tourism/sports, rescue, and research. They are not rehabilitation devices and should not be used by elderly individuals or people with mobility issues without supervision. Always follow manuals and safety guidance.

  1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, export control, stock/availability, territory restrictions). A contract is formed once you receive an Order Confirmation email.

  1. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the order total. If import duties/fees apply in your country, these will be shown at checkout when available or charged by the carrier according to the chosen shipping terms. 

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the company.

  1. Fulfilment & Shipping

Orders are fulfilled directly from China by our manufacturing partner Kenqing. Standard method: express courier. Estimated delivery in Europe: 12–15 business days (non‑binding). Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to your address. You must provide accurate shipping information and be available to receive the parcel.

The additional days shown in the table refer to manufacturing lead time, that you need to take into account.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14‑day returns)

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery without reason. To exercise this right, email [returns@eazywalking.com] with your order number.

  • Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (only handling necessary to establish nature/characteristics/functioning).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we state otherwise) and for goods until received by us.
  • We will refund the price including the original standard shipping cost within 14 days from your notice of withdrawal or once we receive/inspect the goods. We may deduct any diminished value due to handling beyond necessary checks.
  • Exceptions: customised items; goods used beyond normal inspection; hygiene‑sealed items unsealed after delivery; services fully performed.
  1. Warranty
  • We stand behind every Kenqing exoskeleton we sell, offering three levels of coverage to fit different needs.
    The Standard plan provides 12 months of limited warranty, ideal for personal use .
  • The Silver plan extends coverage to 24 months suitable for light commercial use.
  • The Gold plan offers 36 months of coverage, and adds one free unit replacement for the repair time, or if the original unit is non-repairable, a strong option for  high-uptime operations.
  1. Service & Repairs (Out of Warranty)

Out‑of‑warranty repairs are available at Kenqing’s centres in China. We will provide a quotation before proceeding.

  1. Rentals

Rental offerings are arranged by separate agreement (ideal for cruise lines and tourism operators). Cancellation, deposits, responsibility for loss/damage, service levels, and insurance are governed by the signed rental contract. Contact [info@eazywalking.com] for a proposal.

  1. Safety & Use

Follow manuals, training, and safety rules. Supervised introduction is required in professional settings. Do not use in hazardous conditions unless the specific model is certified for such use. You are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for your intended application.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, product names, and materials on the site are owned by Eazy Walking or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profit, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, epidemics, war, natural disasters).

  1. Export Controls & Sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. Products may not be used for prohibited purposes.

  1. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU consumer law. Courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your country of residence in the EU.

  1. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our site at the time of your order applies to that order.
