What’s covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use
- Embedded electronics, motors/actuators, controllers, and structural components
- Firmware updates and technical guidance
- Batteries and chargers against manufacturing defects (see exclusions)
What’s not covered
- Wear & tear (pads, straps, buckles, cosmetics), abrasions, or discoloration
- Misuse, accidents, liquid ingress beyond model rating, fire/chemicals, improper storage
- Operation outside specified limits (load, temperature, unauthorized modifications)
- Third-party repairs or non-approved parts
- Batteries: capacity loss due to normal aging/charge cycles is not a defect
